These terms cover your use of the NovaCraft Agency website. Client project work is governed by the written proposal and agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

This page is written in plain English to describe how the site actually works. It is not legal advice, and it has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read and share this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited or automated messages through the contact form.
Our content
The text, design, code, logo and imagery on this site belong to NovaCraft Agency unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale, reusing the logo, or presenting our work as your own is not permitted.
Client work shown here
The Our Work page contains a mix of client work and clearly labelled concept projects. Client work is shown only where we have permission to present it; client brands and trademarks remain theirs. Concept projects are design explorations and are not presented as commissioned client engagements. Some client work remains under NDA and is therefore not shown.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, reserve a place in our schedule, or commit either side to anything. Work begins only once we have both signed a written proposal covering scope, timeline and fees.
Estimates and results
We publish numerical outcomes only when we have enough evidence and permission to explain them responsibly. Where a metric is not public, the project page says so instead of filling the gap with an estimate. Concept projects do not claim client KPIs or commercial outcomes. Nothing on this site guarantees the same result for a future project because every project has different constraints.
Third-party links
Some pages link to sites we do not control, including live client sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep this site up at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove pages without notice.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, NovaCraft Agency is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
